The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with N.D.P.S. Case No.108 of 2021, arising out of Sugauli P.S. Case No.462 of 2021, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 20(b)(ii)(c), 23, 27(a) and 29 of the N.D.P.S. Act. 151.160 kg. of Ganja was recovered from a truck. Two persons were apprehended at the spot and they disclosed the name of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that the petitioner has got two criminal antecedents as stated in paragraph-3 of the bail application. It is further submitted that no contraband article has

Considering the nature of offence, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.
