The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Dariyapur P.S. Case No.82 of 2021 registered for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 353, 385, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is involved in extortion of money from the trucks loaded with sand.

Considering the above facts, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. This application for anticipatory bail is dismissed.
