Vide order dated 11.04.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 53572 of 2021 by this Court, granting anticipatory bail to the petitioners and directing them to surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks, but they failed to furnish the bail bond within time due to communication gap and

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.31912 of 2022(2) dt.13-07-2022 2/2 did not surrender before the curt below.

In that view of the matter, the order dated 11.04.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 53572 of 2021 is modified to the extent that the petitioners shall surrender before the court below and furnish bail bond within a period of four weeks from the date of this order in connection with Bausi P.S. Case No. 61 of 2021 pending in the Court of learned ACJM-I, Araria and remaining parts of the said order shall remain intact. Accordingly, this modification petition is allowed.
