Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during pendency of the writ petition the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed and he has been paid 1st time bound promotion and as per the counter affidavit the petitioner was not entitled for the 2nd time bound promotion. In lieu of that the petitioner has been granted benefit of A.C.P.
