Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Gwalpara (Arar O.P.) P.S. Case No. 62 of 2018 for the offences registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 427, 379 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation against the petitioner is of assaulting Nirmal Yadav by Farsa which caused injury on his head. Injury report has been enclosed as Annexure-2 in which abrasion on occipital area of head has been found. Petitioner has also suffered injury. It has been submitted that he is innocent and has committed no offence. It has been further submitted that he has been falsely implicated in this case. There is case and counter case between the parties. He has got no criminal antecedent.
