The present petition is for compliance of the order dated 4.10.2018 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 20694 of 2014 A show cause on behalf of opposite party nos. 3, 4, 5 and 8 is on record and learned counsel for the petitioner has taken this Court to paragraphs 5, 6, and 7 to show that the

Patna High Court MJC No.1712 of 2019(3) dt.31-07-2023 2/2 petitioner's claim for pay fixation has been taken note of and he has already been fixed in the pay scale of Rs. 8000-13500 and further the gratuity amount has also been revised and the claim of arrears of salary was examined and accordingly, as per direction of the Hon'ble Court, no recovery has been made. In that view of the matter, when there has not been any recovery and the pay scale stands fixed, the order stands complied.

The MJC No. 1712 of 2019 stands disposed of.
