ANSHUMAN ORAL ORDER 26-09-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.P.P. for the State and learned J.C. to S.C.-11 in this case. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Chapra (M) P.S. Case No. 296 of 2022 lodged under Sections 467, 468, 471, 420, 120 (B) of the I.P.C. and 30 (a), 36, 38, 41, and 47 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that vide order dated 25.04.2022, petitioner was granted provisional bail in this case and in compliance with the same, he has filed a supplementary affidavit on 14.06.2022. As such he submits that provisional bail of petitioner may be confirmed.
