The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363 and 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegedly, it is a case of abduction of the wife of the informant by the accused persons including the petitioner. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that after recovery of the victim, she stated in her statement under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. that due to misbehave of her husband, she ousted herself from the house and the petitioner met to her and he took her away to Darbhanga and Delhi and she started to work for her livelihood and she did

Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioner, above named in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-II, Jhanjharpur in connection with Phulparas P.S. Case No. 521 of 2019 corresponding to G.R. No. 2089 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Sunil Kumar Panwar, J) Brajesh Kumar/- U T
