Mr. Additional Advocate General (13) ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 27-06-2025 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the State.

2. MJC No. 1472/2024 has been filed for initiating a proceeding of contempt of court against the opposite parties and punish them suitably for violation of the order dated 03.01.2024 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 7869 of 2022 by this Court.

3. C.W.J.C. No. No. 2098/2025 has been filed for quashing of the letter issued by the Circle Officer in the name of ROK SUCHI to the districts Sub-Registrar, Jamui for not transferring the land mentioned in the said "Rok Suchi". Further for commanding the respondents authorities for removing the entire 10 acres of land of the petitioner, detailed in paragraph no. 5 of the writ petition, from the said 'ROK SUCHI' or at least the entire area of the said 10 acre of land by excluding 0.238 acre, which the state proposed to acquire.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the land in question has been removed from the list of 'Rok Suchi'. Now the petitioner is free to register sale deeds with
