Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State informs that the petitioner's services were taken on contractual basis on the post of Programmer, which is non-teaching post, in Government Polytechnic institution and as such issue involved in the case has been settled by this Court vide order dated 14.05.2013, passed in CWJC No.19919 of 2012, specially in paragraph no.28 thereof.

3. Considering the aforesaid information, the present writ petition is disposed of in light of the observation made in paragraph no.28 of the judgment rendered in CWJC No.19919 of 2012.
