2. The petitioners had approached this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 32809/2015 against order refusing to discharge the petitioners passed by the learned trial court. In Cr. Misc. No. 32809/2015, an order dated 26.06.2023 has been passed by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court directing the petitioners to pay entire cheque amount of Rs. 5,86,000/- to Opposite Party No. 2 i.e., Financer. The present application of the petitioners arises out of an order passed in the same trial regarding seizure of the truck. As such, no separate order can be passed in the present application and the same is disposed of in terms of order dated 26.06.2023.
