2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Vaini P.S. Case No. 04 of 2024 registered under Section 30(a) of Bihar Excise Act.

3. As per prosecution case, 150 liters illicit liquor has been recovered from open field near the poultry farm.

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to ulterior motive. Further submission is that petitioner has no concerned with the poultry farm. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. The petitioner has got clean antecedent.

5. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000 (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Special Judge, Excise 02, Samastipur in connection with Vaini P.S. Case No. 04 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
