The petitioner is in custody in connection with Bettiah Town P.S. Case No.1121 of 2018, G.R. No.5946 of 2018 for the offences under Sections 414, 399, 402 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 31.12.2018. He further submits that on search it is alleged that motorcycle was recovered from the possession of this petitioner.

Learned counsel further submits that the co-accused, namely, Vicky Kumar has already been granted bail by this

Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and the co-accused has already been granted bail by this Court, let the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran, in connection with Bettiah Town P.S. Case No.1121 of 2018, G.R. No.5946 of 2018.
