2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Isuapur P.S. Case No. 08/2023 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per prosecution case, petitioner and others came on the farm of the informant and started abusing him. It is alleged that accused persons assaulted the informant on his neck by farsa as a result of which he sustained injury.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence as alleged

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.31529 of 2023(2) dt.14-07-2023 2/3 in the FIR and he has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner bears no criminal antecedent. He further submits that there is no specific overtact against the petitioner. Allegation is general and omnibus in nature. He further submits that from perusal of FIR, it appears that there is nothing on record to demonstrate the complicity of the present petitioner with the alleged occurrence. Both parties are neighbours and there is land dispute between them.

5. The learned A.P.P. for the State as well as learned counsel for the informant opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, keeping in view clean antecedent of petitioner, argument advanced on behalf of both sides and also taking into consideration the material available on record, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate1st Class, Saran in connection with Isuapur P.S. Case No. 08/2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section
