2. Mr. Arya Achint learned counsel for the Accountant General, Bihar submitted that within two weeks the PPO will be

Learned counsel further submitted that he will meet the Accountant General, Bihar to get the PPO issued and communicate to the Treasury Officer concerned, so that the amount can be credited into the account of the petitioner within a period of three weeks.

3. Learned counsel further submitted that as he has undertaken to get the grievance of the petitioner redressed in view of the communication contained in paragraph no.7 of the show cause filed on behalf of the respondent no.3, which is, inter alia, reproduced hereinafter:

"7. That it is not out of place to mention at this stage that with a view to timely comply the order of this Hon'ble Court, the answering respondent has diligently and repeatedly asked to provide the authorization letter from the Accountant General, Bihar, Patna for payment of family pension to the petitioner vide various letters including letter no.1432 dated 17.10.2023, letter no.1529 dated 14.11.2023, letter no.1664 dated 13.12.2023, letter no.60 dated 11.01.2024, letter no.319 dated 21.03.2024 and letter no.494 dated 24.05.2024."

4. In view of the specific statements made in paragraph no.7 of the show cause filed on behalf of the respondent no.3, the present contempt petition stands disposed of.
