2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 272, 273 of IPC and Section 30(a) , 41 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. 3 . It is alleged that 24 liters country made liquor were recovered from furnace of co-accused persons and 9 liters of country made liquor was recovered from furnace of this petitioner.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case only on the basis of suspicion . Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of petitioner and has got no concern with the alleged occurrence . Charge sheet has already

6. Considering the aforesaid facts of the case , period of custody and other circumstances of the case , prayer for regular bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 2nd Exclusive special Excise Judge Saran at Chapra in connection with Revilganj P. S. Case No. 72 of 2019.
