Petitioner seeks bail in Masrak P.S. Case No.174 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 394 Indian Penal Code.
Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the First Information Report. No Test Identification Parade has been held. The police arrested the petitioner in connection with Masrak P.S. Case No.245 of 2018 and thereafter he has been remanded in this case. From the First Information Report, it appears that First Information Report is lodged against unknown. The informant has not taken name of any miscreants.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, 6, Saran at Chapra, in connection with Masrak P.S.
