The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Chapra Rail Protection Force (RPF) P.S. Case No. 968 of 2018 registered under Sections 153, 145, 146, 147 and 174(A) of the Railway Act.
The accusation is that petitioners along with 200 unknown, in course of "Bharat Band", put the red flag on the railway track and stopped the goods-train about two hours. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and the nature of allegation against the petitioners, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50177 of 2018(2) dt.20-09-2018 2/2 Accordingly, their prayer for grant of anticipatory bail stands rejected. The petitioners are directed to surrender before the trial court within four weeks and pray for regular bail, which would be considered by the trial court in accordance with law without being prejudiced by the order of this Court.
