The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 44 of 2020 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 376, 313, 420 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had married with the victim and after marriage, both petitioner and victim girl are residing happily. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the
