Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273, 308, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and 30(a), 34(1) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

The written report of the informant goes to show that in huge quantity, Indian made foreign liquor, kept in several cartoons were recovered from behind the house of the petitioner, for which petitioner is in jail custody since 28.03.2019.
