2. This application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for cancellation of bail granted to the opposite party no. 02 in Cr. Misc. No. 1994 of 2011 in connection with Jehanabad P.S. Case No. 315 of 2007 on the ground that the opposite party no. 02 has not complied the order of this Court which he has undertaken to comply at the time of grant of bail i.e. the opposite party no. 02 has undertaken to deposit Rs. 2,80,000/-.

3. In view of the prayer made on behalf of the petitioner, this application is disposed of with liberty to the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27799 of 2013(9) dt.13-03-2026 2/2 petitioner to move the concerned Court below and if the Court below finds that the opposite party no. 02 has not returned Rs. 2,80,000/- then the Court below will cancel the bail granted to the opposite party no. 02.
