2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Hathauri P.S. Case No. 241 of 2024 for the offences punishable under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 109, 118(2), 61(2), 352 & 351(2) of the BNS, 2023, corresponding to Section 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 326, 120(B), 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code & under Section 27 of the Arms Act
3. Allegation against the petitioner is that he assaulted the son of the informant with knife. Doctor has found the injury simple in nature. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.
4. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.
5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.29446 of 2025(2) dt.08-05-2025 2/2 and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, cum AM 3rd, Muzaffarpur in connection with Hathauri P.S. Case No. 241 of 2024, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 482 of the BNSS, (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Saif/- U T
