Patna High Court CWJC No.11443 of 2012(7) dt.24-03-2022 2/2 Application No. 03/2021 has been filed for deletion of his name and substitution of legal heirs of the petitioner whose details have been furnished in para-1 of the said I.A. Taking into consideration the nature of the Interlocutory Application bearing No.03/2021, the same is allowed. The name of heirs of the deceased petitioner is directed to be substituted in place of the deceased petitioner whose details have been given in para-1 of the I.A. Learned counsel further submits that he has got instruction from the newly substituted petitioners to withdraw this writ application.

Accordingly, he seeks permission to withdraw the present writ application.

Permission is granted.
