Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Parbatta P.S. Case No. 114 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under section 307 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to ulterior motive. As a matter of fact, petitioner had no role in the alleged crime. The specific allegation is against co-accused Akhilesh Mandal. Petitioner is a lady having no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28480 of 2019(2) dt.01-05-2019 2/2 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, III, Naugachia, in connection with Parbatta P.S. Case No. 114 of 2018 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
