Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to remove defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.

This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Laheri P.S. Case No. 181 of 2021 registered for the offences under Sections 363, 419, 420 & 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no evidence against the petitioner and moreover the informant and his son have given an application in the learned Court below saying that the petitioner is not involved in the crime.

The petitioner has been caught red-handed while he

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.40763 of 2021(2) dt.04-04-2022 2/2 was trying to cheat the co-passenger and further he is trying to tamper with the evidence.

In the opinion of this Court, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this anticipatory bail application is dismissed.
