2. Mr. Niraj Kumar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State informs that he has received instruction that the grievance of the petitioner has already been redressed.

3. Considering the aforesaid information, the writ petition is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner that in case, he is still aggrieved for non payment of arrears of salary then he may avail remedy by filing representation before the District Magistrate, Gaya.
