The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Dariyapur P. S. Case No. 412 of 2018 registered under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)/a/26/35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that though there was no recovery from his conscious possession, he has been booked in the case by the police on the charge that a loaded countrymade pistol and cartridge were recovered from his possession. The mobile recovered from the petitioner is not a stolen property. The petitioner has never ever been made

Learned counsel for the State has opposed the application for grant of bail to the petitioner. Considering the submission made above, since the investigation of the case is complete and custodial interrogation of the petitioner is not warranted, he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-4, Saran in connection with Dariyapur P. S. Case No. 412 of 2018, subject to the following conditions:- (a) that the petitioner shall attend court in accordance with the conditions of the bond executed, (b) that the petitioner shall not commit an offence similar to the offence of the present case, and (c) that the petitioner shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to
