Mr. Ashok Kumar Singh, APP ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SUNIL KUMAR PANWAR ORAL ORDER 16-11-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State.

The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 332, 333, 307, 353, 120(B) and 427 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3 of the Damage of Public Property Act. Allegedly, the local police keeping dead body of one

No.30990 of 2022(2) dt.16-11-2022 2/2 Atal Kumar, blocked the road, the police official proceeded to maintain the law and order but the local people protested it and created hindrance in discharge of the official duties. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners and no such occurrence has taken place. Petitioners have clean antecedent.

Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioners, above named in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM, Sherghati at Gaya, District- Gaya in connection with Barachatti P.S. Case No. 574 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
