Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that by virtue of the submissions made in paragraph nos.7, 8 & 9 of the counter affidavit filed by the respondent nos.2 and 5, it transpires that the grievance of the petitioner has been settled. As such, he submits that the present writ petition be disposed off in the light of the submissions made in paragraph nos.7, 8 & 9 of the counter affidavit filed by the respondent nos.2 and 5.

3. Learned Counsel for the State submits that the grievance of the petitioner has been settled as per the

Patna High Court CWJC No.16595 of 2012(4) dt.17-03-2025 2/2 submissions made in the counter affidavit particularly in paragraph nos.7, 8 & 9.
