The present petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs :- "(i) For grant of an appropriate writ for a direction to the respondent to get the encroachment over Khesra No. 689 area 1.03 Acre in Khata no. 52 situate in village Makanpur, Mauza Alipur, Thana No. 156, District Nalanda recorded as Gaimajarua Aam Pan removed implementing the order dated 22.12.2021, 02.02.2022 and 23.02.2022 passed by the Circle Officer Hilen in Encroachment Case No. 19/2021-22 (State Versus Upendra Prasad).

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Circle Officer, Hilsa, District- Nalanda for redressal of her aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought, is granted.

It is needless to state that in case, the petitioner approaches the Circle Officer, Hilsa, District- Nalanda by filing appropriate petition under the provisions of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956, within a period of four weeks from today, the same shall be considered in accordance with law and after hearing the affected parties, appropriate orders shall be passed thereon, forthwith.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
