Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379, 411, 413 and 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the nature of allegation and the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent nor any stolen material was recovered from possession of the petitioner as well as completion of the investigation against the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two

(b) Both the bailors shall be resident of the territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below.

(c) The petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the learned trial court.
