JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 08-11-2019 On the last occasion also and today as well, a prayer for adjournment is being made, however this Court finds that the matter is simple, inasmuch as only a cheque in the name of the petitioner was directed to be produced vide order dated 06.09.2019, which has been produced in the Court by the learned counsel for the respondent- Bihar State Housing Board amount to a sum of Rs. 3,63,986/- and the same is ready for being handed over to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

Patna High Court CWJC No.14660 of 2012(9) dt.08-11-2019 2/2 The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Advocate-on-Record for the petitioner is not in a position to accept the said cheque, however this Court is of the view that this Court can not be detained from disposing of the present case, considering the trivial nature of issue involved in the present matter. Hence, the present writ petition stands disposed off with a direction to the respondent-Housing Board to send the aforesaid cheque to the petitioner herein at his address given in the present writ petition, by registered post with A/D. The present writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
