That this Petition is filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus commanding the Respondents No.
1, 3, 4 and 5 to start a proceeding under Section 3 of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act 1956 against Respondents No. 6 for demolition of unauthorised wall constructed over Old Khata No. 1108 Plot No., 128 (New) Old Plot No. 4083 which is a Gair Majurwa Aam land on 8/7/2019 by use of force. By erecting the wall up 7 feet, the road had become narrow and only 3 feet remain

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
