JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 15-07-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1. I. For issuance of writ in the nature of Mandamus and appropriate writ against respondents who illegally cutting the petitioner agricultural land (Survey Plot No. 170 measuring 5 Katha 8 Dhur & Survey Plot No. 187 measuring 6 katha 14 Dhur) and merging into the Gandaki

II. For provide fair compensation of Survey Plot No. 170 measuring 5 Katha 8 Dhur & Survey Plot No. 187 measuring 6 katha 14 Dhur whose nature was changed by the respondents during cleaning the silt of Gandaki River in village-Kala Dumra Circle Goriyakothi, District-Siwan.

III. To direct the respondents to restore the original nature of petitioner's agricultural land.

IV. To take legal action against the persons responsible for changing the nature of petitioner's agricultural land by illegal manner."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, Siwan, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands disposed off.
