2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Fesar P.S. Case No. 97 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Section 96 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. As per allegation, the petitioner kidnapped the daughter of the informant.

4. Learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner has submitted that there was love and affection between the petitioner and the alleged victim. When she was found in the house of the petitioner, she stated in her statement that she has solemnized marriage with the petitioner. She refused for

5. On the other hand, learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, the petitioner, above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-IV, Aurangabad in connection with Fesar P.S. Case No. 97 of 2024, subject to the following condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
