This application is filed for quashing the order dated 02.03.2015 passed by Addl. Sessions Judge-V, Madhubani in Cr. Rev. No. 232/12 arising out of Madhubani C.R. Case No. 1222/11.

Town P.S. Case No. 390/2010 registered under section 363(A), 364, 366(A), 376 I.P.C on the basis of complaint was investigated by the police and the same was found false. The police also recommended for proceeding against the informant under sections 142 and 211 of the Indian Penal Code.

Thereafter, a complaint case was initiated by the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.41445 of 2015(3) dt.19-06-2023 2/2 complainant and the same was dismissed as the wife and the daughter of the complainant have not supported the case of the complainant.

The Revisional Court has also dismissed the revision. This Court does not finds any legality in the matter. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
