2. With the consent of parties the present writ application is being disposed of at this stage itself.

3. The petitioners have filed this writ application for issuance of a direction to the respondent no.2 to decide the petitioner's representation dated 14.03.2013, which is said to be pending.

4. Considering the nature of the prayer made by the petitioners, the learned counsel appearing for State does not

Patna High Court CWJC No.15763 of 2013(4) dt.20-08-2025 2/2 have any objection, if the prayer made in the writ application is allowed and the District Magistrate, Nalanda is directed to dispose of the representation dated 14.03.2013 (Annexure-7) said to have been filed by the petitioner.

The present writ application is disposed of directing the District Magistrate, Nalanda to dispose of the representation dated 14.03.2013 (Annexure-7), if it is still pending, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioners, within three months from the date of production of a copy of this order. Needless to emphasize that the final order that shall be passed by the Collector should be a reasoned and speaking order.

6. The prayer made in the present writ application is accordingly allowed. Pending I.As, if any will be deemed to have been disposed of.
