2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Patliputra P.S. Case No. 843 of 2022 instituted for the offences punishable under Section 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per allegation in the FIR, petitioner and the other family members had killed the informant's daughter due to non fulfillment of dowry.

4. Earlier the prayer for bail of this petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 20.02.2024 in Cr. Misc. No. 72975 of 2023 and there is no fresh ground to reconsider the prayer for bail of this petitioner.

5. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of this petitioner is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.30476 of 2025(4) dt.06-08-2025 2/2 again rejected.

6. The Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial as early as possible.
