This application has been filed for review of the order dated 01.10.2015. On different occasions, at the instance of the petitioner the case was adjourned. Even today, no one is present from the side of the petitioner. The petitioner had filed an application for staying the proceeding of probate case on the ground of injunction in Partition Suit no. 82 of 1994. This Court considered the plea of the petitioner and refused to stay the proceeding of probate. In the civil review application, petitioner has not made out a case about the error apparent on the face of record.

In this view of the matter, this Court does not find any merit in this review application and the same is accordingly dismissed.
