The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Tisiauta P.S. Case No. 50 of 2020 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 327, 307, 333, 353, 354(A), 354(B), 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Allegation against the petitioner is that the petitioner along with other co-accused persons were alleged to assault the informant over his scalp by lathi and iron rod repeatedly. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposed the bail petition. In the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to enlarge the above named petitioner on anticipatory

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.30021 of 2020(3) dt.24-02-2021 2/2 bail. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the above named petitioner in connection with Tisiauta P.S. Case No.50 of 2020 pending in the court of learned C.J.M., Vaishali at Hajipur is hereby rejected. However, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the court below and pray for regular bail and the learned court below shall pass the order on the same day without being prejudiced by this order.
