2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case, registered for offence punishable under Sections 316(2), 318(4), 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023.

3. As per F.I.R., this petitioner, who was field staff, and co-accused Ashvindra Kumar Ram (Branch Manager of S.V. Credit Line Ltd.) collected the installment amount from the borrowers on the false promise of securing bigger loan amount, but did not deposit the same in the Branch and misappropriated the amount.

4. Considering the nature of accusation, the prayer
