The petitioner is in custody in connection with Ramgarh P.S. Case No. 65 of 2019 for the offences under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 14.03.2019. He further submits that in the instant case 800 ml. liquor was seized but nothing was recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and he has no concern with the seized liquor.

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing

No.28922 of 2019(2) dt.01-05-2019 2/2 bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-4th-cum-Special Judge, Kaimur at Bhabhua in connection with Ramgarh P.S.
