Mr. S.B.K. Manglam, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that he has no instruction in the matter. Mr. Shailendra Kumar Singh, learned counsel appearing for the Corporation submits that order of this Court stands modified by the Division Bench in LPA No. 862 of 2016 arising from CWJC No.11066 of 2015 and analogous cases. In that view of the matter this contempt application is not maintainable before this Court. In case the petitioner is
Patna High Court MJC No.3113 of 2016(6) dt.23-01-2019 2/2 aggrieved by the action of opposite parties on the order passed by the Division Bench, the proper forum would be the said Court and not this Court.
With the observations above, the contempt application is disposed of.
