The petitioner is in custody in connection with Chhauradano P.S. Case No.82 of 2019 for the offences under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 20.03.2019. He further submits that in the instant case total 30 liters liquor was recovered from the motorcycle. Learned counsel further submits that nothing was recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal

Case No. 82 of 2019.
