BAJANTHRI) 21-08-2025 Pursuant to previous order dated 26.06.2025, appellant - Brajesh Kumar Pandey and his counsel Mr. Bashishtha Narayan are present in the Chamber proceedings. They are complying previous order insofar as payment of Rs. 10,000/- to the respondent - Archana Devi and the same is being paid through Demand Draft No. 671391 and it has been handed over to the counsel for respondent during the course of the day.

2. Learned counsel for the appellant - Brajesh Kumar Pandey on instruction submitted that appellant is not pursuing this matter in view of later development to the extent that respondent - Archana Devi has entered into second marriage

Patna High Court MA No.406 of 2017(9) dt.21-08-2025 2/2 and other development. This has been brought to the notice of the respondent counsel Mr. Bimlesh Kumar Pandey. He has submitted that he has no objection insofar as withdrawal of the present Miscellaneous Appeal No. 406 of 2017.

3. Accordingly, the present Miscellaneous Appeal No. 406 of 2017 stands disposed of as withdrawn.
