The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Andhramath P.S. Case No. 99 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 447 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that earlier the prayer for bail of this petitioner had been rejected by this Court vide order dated 06.10.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 60963 of 2018. Charges have been frame in this case and there is no allegation of tampering with the witnesses against the petitioner. The petitioner is rotting in judicial custody since 03.08.2018.

No.28279 of 2019(3) dt.15-05-2019 2/2 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the, above named, petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge, Jhanjhapur, in connection with S.T. No. 449 of 2018 arising out of Andhramath P.S. Case No. 99 of 2018.
