JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 17-02-2023 Though the present writ petition has been filed for setting aside the order dated 29.11.2010 passed by the learned Sub Judge-VI, Patna in Title Suit No.293/1992, however, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the suit has already been dismissed by an order dated 05.08.2022 passed by the learned court of Sub Judge-V, Patna, hence, nothing survives for consideration in the present petition.
