JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 17-02-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief :- "(i) For a direction upon the respondents to mention the name of the petitioner by writing her name as wife in the service book of her husband namely Ajay Kr. Thakur, who is an employee under Bihar State Electricity Board and is going to be retired in the month of March 2013 further declaring that the petitioner is entitled for half of the every amount to be paid to her husband after his retirement on the ground that the petitioner is the only legally wedded wife of her husband namely Ajay Kr. Thakur. "
