2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, all the accused person including petitioners assaulted the informant and co-accused Manish Patel and Pappu Singh fired upon the informant.

4. It is submitted that there is general and omnibus allegation against petitioner. Specific allegation of firing is against other co-accused persons. Petitioner is only alleged to be present at the place of occurrence. Petitioner claims clean antecedents.

5. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.31669 of 2023(2) dt.20-07-2023 2/2 above-named, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Harsidhi P.S.
