Present application on behalf of the petitioner has been filed for initiating contempt proceedings against the opposite parties for deliberate and willful disobedience of order

Patna High Court MJC No.1436 of 2021(4) dt.31-08-2022 2/2 dated 24.02.2021 passed by the Court in CWJC No. 18486 of 2019, titled as Kumar Devesh Vs. The State of Bihar & Ors., whereby and whereunder the Hon'ble Court had directed the Respondents to accommodate the petitioner against the available post of Lecturer/Assistant Professor. The Bihar Public Service Commission, vide communication dated 18.08.2022, has recommended the petitioner's name for appointment.

Communication is taken on record.

Should such recommendation is acceptable to the Government in terms of the judgment dated 24.02.2021 passed in Kumar Devesh (supra), the order of appointment be issued within a period of four weeks thereafter.

With the aforesaid action, present petition stands closed.
